What's Included
Every site includes a home page, services, photo gallery, about, service area, contact/estimate form, privacy, and terms. On the Complete and Growth plans, we expand services into individual pages and add review/testimonial sections. You don't need to decide the structure — we have it mapped out from the start.
It's a productized template system that gets branded for your company — your colors, your photos, your voice, your services. That's how we keep pricing simple and launches fast. If you want fully custom design from scratch, we can talk about a one-time build.
Yes. Every plan includes a short, mobile-friendly estimate request form. Submissions email your crew directly — no third-party lead broker, no portal to log into.
Search and AI engine optimization basics — location-aware service-area pages, LocalBusiness/Service schema, a maintained llms.txt for AI agents, sitemap submission, clean heading hierarchy, and content written to be quotable by answer engines — are included on Complete and Growth plans. The Essential plan includes the technical fundamentals but not the deeper content and schema work.
Yes. Phone photos are fine. Send us what you have and we'll organize them into galleries with before/after pairing where possible. New photos added anytime for free on the Complete and Growth plans.
Timeline & Launch
About two weeks from content handoff to launch. Most delay comes from waiting on photos and service lists — the build itself is fast because we've done dozens before.
Yes — that's the common pattern. Most landscape companies onboard in winter or early spring and launch before their busiest months. Let us know your target date on the intro call.
We can compress the timeline to 7–10 days if you need it. The main constraint is how fast you can send content and approve revisions.
Maintenance & Hosting
No. There's no admin panel, no plugins, no PHP versions to manage. Content changes go through us — one email and we handle it.
Yes. Managed static hosting, SSL, daily backups, and 24/7 uptime monitoring are included in every monthly plan. You don't pay a separate hosting bill.
Our hosting stack has had ~100% uptime across all sites we've launched. If something does go wrong, we know before you do (uptime monitoring) and can restore from backup within minutes.
Gone — on purpose. Static sites don't need plugins for contact forms, galleries, SEO, or caching. Everything your site needs is baked in at build time, so there's nothing to update and nothing to break.
Pricing & Contract
Multi-page brochure plans are $299/mo (Essential), $399/mo (Complete), and $499/mo (Growth) on yearly billing. Single-page plans are $129/mo (Basic), $169/mo (Standard), and $199/mo (Plus) on yearly billing. Monthly billing is also available — see the pricing page for the full breakdown. Business email is a $10/mo per-mailbox add-on. One-time builds start at $1,990.
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month — you can cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalty. We'd rather you stay because the site works, not because you're locked in.
No setup fees on monthly plans. No domain registration fees (we recommend you keep your domain in your own account). The only extras are if you want significant additions later — new service-area pages, a blog section, etc. — which are quoted upfront.
Technical & Domain
Yes. We handle the DNS cutover at launch. Your domain stays in your own registrar account — you always own your domain and can move anytime.
We'll help you pick and register one in your own account. Registration is usually $12–20/year direct from the registrar — we don't mark it up.
It stays up until launch day. We build yours on a staging link; when you approve, we point your domain to the new site and the old one can be taken down (or kept running elsewhere if you prefer).
Yes. Our Business Email Management add-on runs real email on your own domain ([email protected]) for $10/mo per mailbox — setup, DNS (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC), spam & spoofing protection, device configuration, and ongoing support included. You can also keep your own provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho) — in that case we just handle the DNS records so mail keeps flowing through the cutover.
Content is yours — text, photos, logo, domain. The template system and build infrastructure stay ours (that's how we keep pricing simple). If you leave, you keep your content and domain; the template goes with us.
